We are honored and thrilled to share some exciting news: Circles in the Sand is featured in the July 2025 issue of Reader’s Digest.
This beloved magazine, in continuous publication since 1922, has included a full-page photo by our team photographer, Charlie Wollertz. The image captures the essence of what we do—people walking the labyrinth on the beach, held by the quiet beauty of the Oregon coast.
The feature, titled “Written in the Sand,” opens with a line that made our whole team smile:
“Going around in circles is a good thing on the beaches of Bandon, Oregon.”
Yes, it is. That one sentence says it all. Every path we draw invites presence, reflection, and a bit of wonder. And while the designs may wash away with the tide, the experience stays with each person who walks.
If you see the July issue on newsstands, flip to the photo and take a moment to walk with us—wherever you are.
With gratitude from the Circles in the Sand team
See you on the sand.
