A look back at Monday and Tuesday.
Day One — Monday, May 4, 2026
The Master Takes the Sand
What a way to open the week. Monday morning brought us back to our home beach at Face Rock Wayside for the first draw of the series, and it did not disappoint. With Denny leading the way in a special guest appearance, the labyrinth took shape beautifully against the backdrop of a stunning Oregon coast morning. Walkers joined us at 9:00 AM and the energy on the sand was everything we hoped for.
We weren't alone out there. A plethora of By-The-Wind-Sailor jellyfish had washed ashore, their striking deep blue to white coloring adding an unexpected layer of natural shading across the sand. It was a reminder that the beach always brings its own artistry to the canvas.
Day Two — Tuesday, May 5, 2026
Zen on the Sand in Front of Face Rock
Tuesday found us out in front of Face Rock itself, under truly spectacular weather conditions. It was the kind of morning that makes you grateful to be exactly where you are. The labyrinth felt especially alive today, with Zen sprinkled throughout the paths in a way that was both peaceful and quietly profound. It was one of those draws where everything comes together.
A heartfelt thank you to our volunteers. The raked highlights between the labyrinth paths don't happen by magic. They are the result of dedicated hands showing up and doing the work. Your care and attention make the labyrinths as beautiful to look at as they are to walk. And, our staff up in the parking lot answering questions and giving directions are invaluable. Team Circles is so grateful for each and every one of you.
We will be back on Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM for the final draw of the series. We hope to see you there.
See you on the sand.
