Next Friday, April 21st, 2023, is the opening day of our Summer Season. Winter storms exposed rocky terrain, but the sand is slowly filling in. Our sandy background is returning.
On a beach walk today tidepools were starting to teem with life. Sea stars, anemones, and mussels were clinging to their rocky homes. Gulls were taking in the view. Plants and sea life were creating abstract shapes in the sand. After steady rain for weeks the blue sky today was divine.

The shuttle will be running all three days, which is the best parking option. What could be better than a free “park and ride?” Our shuttle driver, Jim Knox, is a wealth of information about things to do and places to go in Bandon.
