Construction at Face Rock Wayside: What to Know for the Start of Our Summer Season

Construction begins this week at Face Rock Wayside. The project is expected to take about a month and includes resurfacing the parking lot, replacing the bathrooms, improving handicap accessibility, and adding clearly marked parking spots.

During construction, there will be no access to parking or bathrooms at the Wayside. Visitors are encouraged to use our free shuttle service, which is supported by the Inn at Face Rock. Ample parking is available at the Bandon Community Center at 1200 11th Street. The shuttle picks up and drops off in front of the Sprague Theater. Our volunteers will be available to answer any questions. A public restroom is located in the city park, across the street from the shuttle stop.

Please note that parking is not allowed on the west side (ocean side) of Beach Loop. Riding the shuttle is the best way to get to and from Circles in the Sand during this time.
